To opt out, any member of the class must submit a written request to opt out to the Settlement Administrator, which much be received (or postmarked) by April 13, 2026. Any Class Member who does not timely opt out is subject to this Settlement Agreement after Final Approval and may submit a claim for a settlement payment.
